Tony Katz talks about the cold open from Saturday Night Live, where actor Matt Damon played the part of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. This, as Tony discussed, was a creepy pick, considering what Damon may have known about Harvey Weinstein and Casey Affleck.

Kanye West, in an SNL rehearsal, went on an impromptu rant about how President Trump is not racist, how his "Make America Great Again" hat is his "Superman Cape," how media wants Democrats and black people to think Trump is a bigot and how he gets bullied for "following his heart" on Trump.

"Kanye may be crazy," says Tony. "But he has 28 million followers on Twitter. If he says Trump is ok, will other people start to feel the same way? Politics is downstream of culture."

Rachel Mitchell, who asked the questions of Dr. Christine Ford for the Republicans, has put out a report detailing the descrepancies in Dr. Ford's testimony.
